- Provide technical support for robotic welding and cutting systems
- Coordinate technical issues and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Generate knowledge content and facilitate documentation for repairs and rebuilds
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role, preferably in industrial automation or robotic arc welding
- Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
- PC literate in MS Office applications
