Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for robotic welding and cutting systems
  • Coordinate technical issues and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Generate knowledge content and facilitate documentation for repairs and rebuilds
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role, preferably in industrial automation or robotic arc welding
  • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
  • PC literate in MS Office applications
