Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to users regarding wallet functionality and transactions
- Monitor system behavior and assist in incident response and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or operations in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to APIs and distributed systems
- Familiarity with payment systems and crypto wallets is desirable
- Basic understanding of system architecture and exposure to monitoring tools is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
