Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role for a tech or SaaS product
  • 2+ years of freelance experience
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern help desk software
  • Must have full overlap with US Eastern Time
  • Self-directed and able to manage workload independently
