Key Responsibilities

- Triage incoming requests, resolving straightforward issues and escalating complex ones

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role for a tech or SaaS product
- 2+ years of freelance experience
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern help desk software
- Must have full overlap with US Eastern Time
- Self-directed and able to manage workload independently
