Job Summary
Serving as the first line of support for users, the full-time Technical Customer Support Specialist will troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and translate user feedback into actionable insights while working remotely in Eastern Standard Time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to clinicians, staff, and admins via various channels including Zendesk
- Triage and categorize inbound tickets to enhance response speed and clarity
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a proactive support experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in healthtech or healthcare SaaS
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, home health, or EHR/EMR systems
- Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk
- Excellent ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical users
