Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide multi-channel assistance, troubleshoot complex software issues, and enhance user experience in a fully remote role based in Poland.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Identify root causes of technical issues across various software platforms
- Propose improvements to support processes based on observed trends
Required qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in complex software environments
- Excellent English reading and writing skills, with a typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in technical support
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or Splunk
- Willingness to work night or weekend shifts to accommodate global time zones
