Job Summary

To support users of Zoo Design Studio and Zookeeper, the full-time Technical Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting, answering product questions, and guiding best practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries through various channels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to CAD workflows and AI-assisted features
  • Create and maintain support documentation and provide structured feedback to product teams
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or customer success
  • Experience supporting SaaS, developer tools, or CAD products
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions
