Technical Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

Driving technical change delivery for customers, the full-time Technical Delivery Engineer will manage system migrations, integrations, and configuration changes while ensuring customer environments remain stable and future-ready.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of system migrations, including data migration and integration setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout migration lifecycles
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and delivery standards across engagements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical delivery or implementation engineering in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven experience with data migration, system integration, or enterprise software configuration
• Working knowledge of API concepts (REST, webhooks) for integration and migration work
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent)
