Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to enhance software delivery across technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Improve delivery predictability and release quality across engineering, product, and data teams
Manage dependencies and coordinate cross-functional alignment to ensure timely milestone delivery
Utilize data and analytics to enhance visibility into delivery health and optimize workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program delivery, or agile delivery leadership
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and release processes
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and workflow automation tools like Power Automate
Proven ability to use delivery data to improve execution quality and predictability
