Technical Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead focusing on AI, Modernization & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Agentic AI systems and drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices
• Modernize legacy systems into cloud-native architectures and define multi-year transformation roadmaps
• Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and establish automated testing frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering/architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python, SQL, and MongoDB
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and real-time distributed systems
• Demonstrated expertise in reverse engineering and modernization of legacy systems
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and leading engineering teams
