Technical Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support a multi-entity organization in the specialty insurance and financial services space, the full-time Technical Delivery Lead will manage cloud migration, enterprise architecture, and finance and HR transformation efforts while coordinating with engineering and solution architecture teams in an onsite role.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery lead for a data center migration to the cloud, coordinating across various teams
• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned workstreams, including planning, risk identification, and status reporting
• Translate technical issues into clear, business-oriented updates for executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Approximately 10-18+ years of experience in technology delivery leadership
• Strong delivery leadership with technical depth across enterprise architecture and infrastructure
• Proven experience presenting to and building trust with executive stakeholders
• Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure coordination, preferably with Azure
• Familiarity with modern data platform and governance concepts is a plus
