• Deliver complex technical projects in support of a United States Special Operations Command mission
• Translate mission needs into delivery plans and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage delivery cadence, including backlogs, sprint planning, and status reporting to senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading technical projects or programs
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management techniques
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet fixed milestones
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment with minimal guidance
