Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients, managing risks and exploring growth opportunities
• Lead multiple projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring quality and coordination
• Recruit and manage high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of trust and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in Technical Delivery or Program Management
• 5+ years managing executive-level stakeholders with a focus on client retention and account expansion
• 5+ years of experience leading teams through the full lifecycle, including hiring and performance management
• Proven success managing distributed Agile teams and navigating technical constraints
• Experience in driving legacy system migrations and new product launches
