Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in designing and delivering high-quality SaaS implementations
Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of customer projects
Define and track KPIs to highlight team performance and areas for growth

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Delivery, with 2+ years in leadership roles
Experience supporting global or multi-region delivery teams
2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs; familiarity with modern web frameworks is a plus
Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems
Knowledge of Python, JSON, GitHub, and experience with JavaScript & TypeScript is desirable
