A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers and manage ongoing Managed DevOps services
• Build project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate technical setups across cloud environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified customer experience and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or managed cloud/DevOps services
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, IAM, and cloud-native monitoring/logging tools
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI is preferred
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or ITIL are a plus
