A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a technical team in system architecture changes and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists in executing technical projects including system architecture builds and database migrations
• Establish development plans for team members and coordinate technical scoping for configuration requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and resolve configuration-related challenges

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing technical teams and projects in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, data structures, and integration principles
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects from scoping through delivery
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
