Job Summary

Leading the successful delivery of infrastructure security hardening and services implementation, the full-time remote Technical Delivery Manager will manage professional services engagements, oversee client interactions at the executive level, and mentor engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements from kickoff through steady-state handoff
  • Lead executive-level client conversations as the primary strategic and technical point of contact
  • Manage client escalations, driving resolution and maintaining executive trust throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or professional services, with at least 3 years in a delivery leadership role
  • Hands-on technical background in enterprise backup, network security, endpoint security, or cloud security
  • Demonstrated strong relationship-building skills and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling organizational culture and values
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
