Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Owning and executing the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the full-time remote Technical Delivery Manager will drive product progress from ideation to production, ensuring quality and timely delivery while managing resources and stakeholder partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete SDLC, ensuring on-schedule release of features with seamless transitions through defined phases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and acceptance criteria before technical design begins
• Manage project health, prioritize critical path items, and ensure adherence to testing and approval protocols

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 2 years in a technical project management role within a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including relevant certifications
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, particularly within SaaS products
