Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the NCMAX modernization effort, the part-time Technical Delivery Manager will manage technical execution, mitigate risks, and ensure solution readiness while primarily working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day technical execution across modernization workstreams, including data conversion and cloud environment buildout
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to validate readiness of solution components and ensure technical alignment
• Participate in program meetings to communicate technical decisions, risks, and maintain required documentation

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of DMV systems and experience in large-scale system deployments affecting 10,000+ users
• Experience with cloud environments, application development, and enterprise IT operations
• Proficiency in vendor management for large-scale, high visibility projects
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and technical documentation processes
• Experience in facilitating technical delivery in complex, multi-team environments
