Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of enterprise client projects, the remote hourly Technical Delivery Manager will represent the company in client discussions, manage technical documentation, and coordinate between clients and the internal development team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in enterprise client calls regarding deployment, integrations, and compliance
• Prepare and review client-facing technical documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and the internal development team, managing post-launch obligations and risks

Required qualifications

• Experience as a technical point of contact between clients and engineering teams
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders
• Strong understanding of modern web platforms and architectures, including Next.js / React
• Experience creating technical documentation for client-facing projects
• Familiarity with analytics tools and hosting environments, including SSO and third-party integrations
