Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and delivery of the OM Innovations platform, the full-time Technical Delivery Manager will manage engineering and product teams while engaging in critical technical and architectural work in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide strategy aligning QSight's platforms to measurable business outcomes
• Oversee end-to-end execution of product roadmaps and releases, ensuring timely delivery of features across multiple agile teams
• Directly manage and coach engineering and product teams, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship and accountability

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles
• Strong engineering background with expertise in Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, and modern cloud architectures
• Proven team management experience, including performance coaching and talent development
• Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns, including microservices and API-driven design
• Experience with Agile delivery models and managing execution in fast-paced environments
