Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Technical Delivery Manager will design and implement AI-driven software solutions, oversee technical decisions, and engage with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement hands-on solutions, including services, integrations, and automation while writing production code
- Lead a team of engineers by setting direction, mentoring, and fostering a strong engineering culture focused on code quality and shared ownership
- Act as the primary technical counterpart for business stakeholders, translating business goals into working solutions and communicating progress effectively
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience with recent hands-on coding

- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven software development and integration patterns
- Experience leading and growing an engineering team while remaining a hands-on contributor
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical decisions and negotiating with stakeholders
