Technical Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of Digital Technology and Data workstreams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements through participation in quality reviews and testing activities
• Track project dependencies, risks, and SLAs while supporting mitigation activities and reporting issues to leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify responsibilities and objectives, while monitoring project status and budget adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of project or service delivery management experience, or equivalent experience with an associate or high school diploma
• Healthcare experience with claims systems and related technologies
• Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence
• Knowledge of IT financial management, including budgeting and cost control
• In-depth understanding of enterprise SDLC processes and outcomes-based work metrics
