Technical Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure the successful delivery of Digital Technology and Data initiatives, the full-time Technical Delivery Specialist will oversee project timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working onsite in Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Supports project delivery by participating in quality reviews, testing activities, and validation checkpoints to meet compliance and customer expectations
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to clarify responsibilities and timelines, while tracking project dependencies, risks, and performance metrics
- Assists in budget tracking and monitors expenses to ensure initiatives align with financial objectives and organizational standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with an associate or high school degree
- Experience with healthcare claims systems, Epic Systems, and Identity and Access Management systems
- Proficiency in delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence
- Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC processes and IT financial management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively
