A company is looking for a Specialist Technical Denial.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, resolve, monitor, and report non-clinical denials
• Perform extensive follow-up and complete appeals for denied accounts
• Document actions taken and report issues and trends to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree or High School Diploma with Certified Revenue Cycle Representative and 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, payment guidelines, and third-party claim filing
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Understanding of organizational policies and procedures
