Technical Deployment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent & Extension Deployment Specialist to lead the technical deployment of agents and browser extensions for their Web Filter and Safety Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical implementation and deployment of endpoint agents and browser extensions
• Develop and oversee deployment plans tailored to district device ecosystems and guide IT administrators through installation methods
• Ensure proper configuration for web filtering and safety monitoring, validate installations, and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as implementation or systems administration
• Experience deploying endpoint agents, browser extensions, or cybersecurity solutions
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft 365/Azure AD
• Understanding of K-12 device environments and student device management best practices
