Technical Design Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Designer Assistant to support the technical development of garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in fit sessions and document garment fit and construction feedback
• Support the creation and maintenance of tech packs, including BOMs and specifications
• Communicate changes and clarifications to factory partners efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, and G-Drive
• Ability to learn and apply internal fit and construction standards
• Experience or willingness to participate in team meetings and trainings
• Basic understanding of garment construction and product development
• Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams
