Job Summary

Technical Design Engineer is a full-time position responsible for customer onboarding, high-level design documentation, and facilitating change requests for advanced services installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and vendors for onboarding and implementation processes
• Program user and group features for successful service activation
• Coordinate with project management for installation scheduling and provide testing support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing advanced managed services
• Bachelor's degree required
• Certifications in Voice+, Broadsoft, and Ring Central
