Technical Developer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Developer Lead to guide the design and development of scalable applications for critical missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor developers, providing technical direction and resolving complex coding challenges
• Lead design, testing, and deployment of software updates to enhance system capabilities
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity compliance requirements and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated integrations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least twelve years of professional software development experience with a Bachelor's degree, or ten years with a Master's degree
• Must possess IAT-II or higher certification or equivalent security certifications
• Proven leadership in software design, testing, and deployment
• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related application integrations
• Demonstrated capability in developing full-stack applications and optimizing SQL queries
