Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Developer Lead to guide the design and development of scalable applications for critical missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of cloud-based emergency management solutions
• Mentor developers and provide technical direction to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and associated databases

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10 years with a Master's degree
• Must have IAT-II certification or equivalent security credentials
• Proven leadership in software design, testing, and deployment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
• Ability to implement stakeholder engagement strategies effectively
