Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Developer Lead to guide the design and development of scalable applications for critical missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement of a cloud-based emergency management solution and provide technical direction to the team
• Mentor developers and resolve complex coding challenges to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Design, test, and deploy software updates while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least twelve years of professional software development experience with a Bachelor's degree or ten years with a Master's degree
• Must possess IAT-II or higher certification or equivalent security certifications
• Proven experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and SQL databases
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies
• Advanced programming skills in JavaScript, Java, Python, and SQL, along with experience in Agile/Scrum development teams
