Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Developer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the design, development, and integration of scalable applications in an agile team environment
• Mentor developers and resolve complex coding challenges to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of software updates while ensuring cybersecurity compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least twelve years of professional software development experience with a Bachelor's degree or ten years with a Master's degree
• One of the following certifications: Security+ CE, CISSP, or CASP, or a qualifying Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Proven leadership in software design, testing, and deployment
• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and SQL databases
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards compliance with IAT-II requirements
