Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed development team, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Own technical delivery from concept through execution, managing project streams and technical dependencies
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding design decisions and overseeing development in C# and .NET
Qualifications Required
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Proven track record leading distributed development teams across multiple geographies
- Deep expertise in Azure cloud services and experience with scalable cloud-native solutions
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, and modern development patterns
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment automation
