Technical Direction Letter Manager
Job Summary
Managing the execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters, the remote Technical Direction Letter Manager will lead efforts to establish new processes, analyze program requirements, and optimize workflow processes while coordinating work across engineering and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes new processes and standard operating procedures while providing guidance to lower-level staff
- Analyzes and documents program requirements, including mission scope and objectives
- Collects and assesses recommendations for optimizing workflow processes and production
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
- Active Secret clearance required
- Certification as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), PMP, or PMI-ACP
- Experience managing execution of Technical Direction Letters and coordinating across teams
- Proven ability in planning, dependency management, and performance tracking
