Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure features
• Conduct technical audits and present software architecture recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software programming, particularly in UI engineering and full stack web application development
• Proficiency in SQL, GraphQL, and API data access
• Deep experience with React in TypeScript and JavaScript, including frameworks like Next.js, Astro, Remix, or Gatsby
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle and version control systems
• Strong foundation in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems
