Technical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Director to develop and drive the technical strategy for the Health Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the strategic technical direction of the Health Data Platform Features team
• Drive the quality engineering strategy, including automated testing and compliance with quality standards
• Manage day-to-day engineering priorities and foster a positive team culture focused on performance and growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program leadership or engineering management, preferably in software engineering
• 5+ years leading software development and/or quality engineering teams
• Strong expertise in SDLC and modern engineering practices, including cloud technologies and DevOps principles
• Proven success in managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional team alignment
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, and/or Healthtech is a strong plus
