Technical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Director (Temp to Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technical vision, guiding integration with a modern Angular-based SPA
• Lead architectural decision-making to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of a real-time, stateful system
• Mentor a senior, multi-disciplinary engineering team and uphold code quality across backend and frontend systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Director, Principal Engineer, or Architect leading complex teams
• Deep full-stack fluency, with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Advanced experience architecting and deploying systems on GCP, including containerized microservices
• Experience with generative AI systems and understanding of latency and orchestration
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
