Technical Director

Job Summary

Serving as a Cross-solution Subject Matter Expert and Architect across Adobe enterprise platforms, the full-time remote Technical Director will manage technical validation, provide architectural guidance, and drive innovation initiatives while engaging with clients and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate technical solutions and provide architectural consultation on large-client engagements to ensure sound design and reduce delivery risk
• Oversee the technical SDLC in partnership with Delivery Directors, enforcing best practices and mitigating technical risks throughout project lifecycles
• Lead technology training and enablement initiatives across teams to build consistent technical competency and drive innovation

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with modern enterprise digital platform technologies including JS, REST, GraphQL, and cloud-native architecture
• Direct architectural experience with multiple Adobe enterprise platforms such as Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile delivery processes across complex enterprise engagements
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop technical staff to elevate team capability and performance
• Experience leading AI initiatives in enterprise delivery environments and practical application of AI technologies
