Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Director - Experiential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the formulation, planning, execution, and delivery of agency projects
Effectively communicate technical approaches and details to partner teams and clients
Lead and manage a team of technical leads and developers

Required Qualifications:

At least 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role with multiple direct reports
Expertise in software engineering, including 8+ years of experience developing game engine powered interactive 3D software
Experience leading teams of software developers in planning and executing projects
Experience planning, executing, and deploying physical experiential projects for temporary events or permanent installations
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
