Job Summary
Leading the IT delivery for multiple governmental Safety and Emissions Programs, the full-time remote Technical Director for Tolling Systems will manage a team of over 40 professionals, oversee application development and support, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable service delivery in a complex technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of IT delivery, including application development, production support, and continuous improvement
- Define and execute the technology roadmap, focusing on modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery and maintain high service levels in a mission-critical public-sector technology environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in a technical field or related industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in tolling, vehicle, or traffic technology environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Deep knowledge of full-stack application development and database technologies, including Oracle
