Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the multi-year roadmap for Oracle Cloud ERP programs
• Oversee solution design, integrations, and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage implementation partners to ensure delivery quality and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP or transformation programs, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP programs and end-to-end delivery
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture across relevant domains
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or complex manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
