Technical Documentation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Technical Documentation Engineer to work remotely, who will manage the documentation lifecycle by translating complex engineering designs into accurate support documents, manuals, and operational sequences for advanced thermal management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, editing, and continuous improvement of comprehensive Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals
• Develop and optimize structured documentation workflows, including standardized engineering submittal packages for customer approval
• Analyze heat transfer and energy conversion components to accurately describe their functionality in user-facing support documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related thermal sciences field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, thermal management, or HVAC
• Extensive foundational knowledge of refrigeration cycles, heat transfer, and energy conversion systems
• Deep familiarity with fluid dynamics and heat transfer mechanisms
• Functional knowledge of modern data center cooling topologies is highly advantageous
