Technical Documentation Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the documentation for Arize's flagship products, the full-time Developer Relations Documentation Engineer will ensure accuracy, build automated systems for quality monitoring, and create user-friendly guides for developers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy and clarity of product documentation while updating outdated content
• Develop automated systems to monitor documentation quality and ensure code samples are functional
• Create structured content that is accessible to both developers and coding agents, enhancing the onboarding experience for new users

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, or developer relations
• Strong technical communication skills demonstrated through public-facing documentation or media
• Proficiency in docs-as-code workflows and comfort with coding in repositories
• Familiarity with LLM-based application development and a genuine interest in documentation usability for agents
• A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is willing to attend occasional in-person events
