Job Summary
Owning the documentation for Arize's flagship products, the full-time Developer Relations Documentation Engineer will ensure accuracy, build automated systems for quality monitoring, and create user-friendly guides for developers, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy and clarity of product documentation while updating outdated content
- Develop automated systems to monitor documentation quality and ensure code samples are functional
- Create structured content that is accessible to both developers and coding agents, enhancing the onboarding experience for new users
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, or developer relations
- Strong technical communication skills demonstrated through public-facing documentation or media
- Proficiency in docs-as-code workflows and comfort with coding in repositories
- Familiarity with LLM-based application development and a genuine interest in documentation usability for agents
- A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is willing to attend occasional in-person events
