Job Summary

Seeking an organized and motivated Technical Documentation Specialist for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on conducting administrative and technical editing tasks to support military research clients, including maintaining style guides, providing user support, and compiling complex documents.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining internal records
  • Provide technical editing services to ensure documents meet quality standards and align with client-specific style guides
  • Assist team members in creating complex documents and maintain template sets for MS Word and PowerPoint
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in applying publication styles and guidelines; editing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
