Job Summary
Working remotely as a contract Technical Due Diligence Consultant, the candidate will assess technology strengths and risks for investment firms, design solutions for software development processes, and mentor junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical due diligence for private equity firms, identifying technology risks and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement solutions, such as Agile transformations, while mentoring junior software developers and engineers
- Collaborate with internal and client technical leads to enhance existing technology and processes used in software development
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software product roles, including Product Management, Program Management, or Software Development
- Strong technical acumen with knowledge in areas such as Software Architecture, Quality Assurance, or DevOps
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote and in-person settings
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges outside of initial expertise
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, though experience is prioritized over formal education
