Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Editor.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit online documentation for various audiences on transactional emails
Review content to ensure no promotional content is included
Assist with stylistic editing to align content with Microsoft principles of voice and tone

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience editing software product documentation or public-facing content
Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency using Microsoft Office software and expert-level Word skills
BA/BS in technical communications, English, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Must be able to learn new tools quickly
