Job Summary

A company is looking for a Writer/Editor 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, format, and quality-check Safety Basis documents, including Documented Safety Analyses (DSAs) and Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs)
• Ensure compliance with applicable DOE orders, standards, and site-specific requirements
• Coordinate with authors and engineers to resolve comments and improve document quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in English, journalism, technical communication, or a physical/social science
• 6-8 years of experience in editing technical or regulatory documentation
• Experience working with subject matter experts in highly regulated environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and document control tools
• Preferred experience with DOE Safety Basis documents and familiarity with configuration management processes
