Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Line edit and proofread technical reports to correct errors and improve readability
• Format tables, graphics, and references for consistency and compliance with style guidelines
• Perform quality checks on PDF documents prior to publication and collaborate with technical teams on content changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, communications, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of business experience
• An unrelated Bachelor's degree with 5 years of direct, relevant experience
• Proven technical editing skills with experience across various writing styles
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Technical background is a plus
