Technical Editor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Editor will perform quality control reviews of customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to brand guidelines while contributing to the success of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality control (QC) reviews of customer-facing and internal documents, focusing on consistency, clarity, and conciseness
• Ensure deliverable content follows standard templates and adheres to company policies and processes
• Identify and log risks and issues for analysis while maintaining records of work and revisions

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in technical writing or editing documentation and reports
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Ability to develop positive business relationships with diverse personalities
• Strong decision-making skills using available information
• Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple activities to meet deadlines
