Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Editor will perform quality control reviews of customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to brand guidelines while contributing to the success of client projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality control (QC) reviews of customer-facing and internal documents, focusing on consistency, clarity, and conciseness
- Ensure deliverable content follows standard templates and adheres to company policies and processes
- Identify and log risks and issues for analysis while maintaining records of work and revisions
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in technical writing or editing documentation and reports
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Ability to develop positive business relationships with diverse personalities
- Strong decision-making skills using available information
- Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple activities to meet deadlines
