Job Summary

To support a growing EHS team, the full-time Technical Editor and Proposal Support Specialist will manage the quality and formatting of client-facing documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism while working primarily onsite in Lakewood, CO or Portland, OR, with remote options available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and format complex technical documents for clarity and consistency
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for reports and proposals
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure document quality and adherence to standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Technical Writing/English, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting proposals and technical deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including advanced formatting skills
  • Experience with multi-author technical documents
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
