Job Summary
To support a growing EHS team, the full-time Technical Editor and Proposal Support Specialist will manage the quality and formatting of client-facing documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism while working primarily onsite in Lakewood, CO or Portland, OR, with remote options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and format complex technical documents for clarity and consistency
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for reports and proposals
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure document quality and adherence to standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Technical Writing/English, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supporting proposals and technical deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including advanced formatting skills
- Experience with multi-author technical documents
- Strong organizational and document management skills
