Technical Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Eligibility Department remotely, the full-time Technical Eligibility Analyst will manage technical tasks such as loading Triple E files, performing manual eligibility updates, and ensuring accurate data entry while responding to inquiries from employees, clients, and co-workers.

Key responsibilities

• Load Triple E files and perform manual updates to eligibility data
• Enter and modify eligibility data in accordance with established procedures and client requirements
• Respond to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, clients, and co-workers

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in eligibility-related roles
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
